Over recent months we have had an increasing amount of enquiries

regarding the cancellation of Delaware companies in Spain and the Costa

del Sol. With some companies tied to property ownership etc., you can

imagine the worry this will make when trying to sell that very property.

This is just one reason why we set up this separate dedicated service to

solely deal with reinstating Delaware companies, unlike other services, we

may be able to reinstate companies that have been cancelled or “voided” for

many years. Our process has been made to be as simple and as stress-free as

possible.
